Learning Objectives

The 9th grade Mathematics course aims to consolidate the essential learning of the Final Years of Elementary School, deepen algebraic, geometric and statistical thinking, and prepare the student for external evaluations (SAEB) and for the transition to High School.

Throughout the course, the student develops the ability to solve complex problems, model real situations through expressions, equations and functions, interpret graphs and statistical data, analyze geometric relationships and argue mathematically, in accordance with the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC).
